Introducing the Winnetka Project!

A new season, a new project. We are so excited to introduce the Winnetka project!

This project includes the gut rehabilitation of three bathrooms in an approximately 3,000 square foot, 2-story single family home built in 1944. The scope involves a luxury Master Ensuite including a walk-in shower, a custom double vanity, and a state-of-the-art Toto toilet system; a Hall Bathroom including the refinishing of a cast-iron bathtub, new vanity, and luxury tile; and a Tiny Ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower, floating sink, and intricate tile work.

This project is an Integro design and we cannot wait to see it come to life. The overall concept is Small Bathroom, High Design - our challenge is to maximize the footprint of the bathrooms and accommodate its function seamlessly while also featuring a “wow” factor that will maintain its appeal for years to come.

We will also be completing this project in phases while our clients are occupying the home so we are challenged to execute this project with as little impact to the rest of the home as possible.

We are armed with tile, plumbing fixtures, and an optimistic outlook with a holiday deadline in mind.
