Introducing The Grant Project
Construction season is winding down!!!....right?
Anyone??
Nope, just kidding. Fall is the new Summer!
We have new projects starting up, old projects winding down, and a spring wedding still to plan.
I am excited to present to you our latest adventure: The Grant Project.
Designed by Pappageorge Haymes, The Grant building is a 53-story high rise located at the southern edge of Chicago's Grant Park. This 3,000 square foot space consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and panoramic views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan.
The natural light, alone, is worth a day's work. What GC wouldn't love to call this their own? Well, folks - believe it or not, I am the second General Contractor in the unit. The first GC came during the spring. 6 months later, my clients had less cash in their pocket, poor craftsmanship, and an unfinished renovation. This story is more common than it should be in Chicago - it's GC's like that that give us all a bad name...I digress, Integro has been called in to survey the damage and we are excited to get this project back on track and through the finish line.
