Beverly Mansard

Located in Chicago’s historic Beverly neighborhood, this masonry home featured a mansard roof and picture windows viewing the golf course beyond. The design captialized on the existing footprint of the home, reinvigorating extent spaces and reimagining new ones. Our scope involved cosmetic upgrades of the above grade floors, conversion of an unfinished basement into functional living space, and extensive improvements to the facade.
