The Carlyle Kitchen

This apartment was located in The Carlyle, a prestigious high rise building located just north of the Magnificent Mile, and included approximately 3,000 square feet of living space including 3 bedrooms and 4-½ bathrooms. Our scope consisted of the gut renovation of kitchen and extended living quarters which involved utility upgrades, custom fabricated millwork, mosaic tile installations, and a complex lighting design.

Residing out-of-state for the duration of construction, our clients engaged Integro to transform their space while managing long-distance communication. The goal of this project was to bring these spaces into the modern era while maintaining the historical integrity of the original architecture.
